Dr. Sanjay Kamalnarayan Jaiswal has recently retired from his position as the Deputy Director of Health Services at Nagpur Division, stationed at Nagpur Matakacheri Campus, Shraddhanandpeth, Near Deeksha Bhoomi, Nagpur. He holds a Degree in M.B.B.S. from Nagpur, obtained in April 1984, and a Postgraduate Diploma degree in D.C.H. from Nagpur in 1987. Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English, Dr. Jaiswal boasts an impressive career in the State Government’s Health sector, spanning 33 years. This includes roles such as Medical Officer and Paediatrician at the Public Health Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, where he served for significant periods.
During his tenure, Dr. Jaiswal also dedicated 14 years to working as a Medical Officer, Class-I, in Naxalite, Tribal, and Remote areas of Gadchiroli District from 1994 to 2008. In addition, he served as Deputy Director of Health Services, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, from 2014 to 2022, contributing a total of 8 years to this role. Presently, he is the ‘Medical Advisor’ of Madhav Netralaya.
